Waited but no one seated us so we grabbed a table. Waited 10 minutes no one came with the menu. Got up and got one. She did not even looked at us.Waited 5 minutes and waved at her. No results so we left, .place only had 3 tables with customers. one waitress. One person can not attend 4 tables???? This is the worst place for service. I know that the least they can do is say good morning bring the menu and bring coffee and take the order and go back to what you were doing. We give you a Black Star for service! Can't beat the pancakes, fresh hot coffee, and thick slab bacon. My hubby loves the overstuffed meat lovers omelet with a bowl of fresh hot grits! It was late at night. The parking was adequate and had enough lighting. The sever was friendly and attentive but too attentive to others also, he was easily distracted and we had to ask for some of our items he forgot. He was funny and had high energy. The customer service was ove rthe top. Our waiter was awesome. The food came out just as I ordered it. I ordered a chicken fajita omelet with added spinach , mushrooms and jalapeños. My daughter order the Southwest chicken bowl woth extra hashbrowns. ... everything was flavorful and hot . I will be going to visit again when im in the area. Let me start off by saying I love IHOP, just not this location. I've ordered from this location 4 times because it is the closest one to me and sometimes I need something quick to feed my family. I've always ordered curbside and not one employee ever brought it out to my car, I always end up going into the restaurant to get the food myself. I've even contacted customer service about this location and honestly, the customer service was very professional and did everything on their end to resolve the issues. I would expect better service from this IHOP because of their location. This location needs a new crew who is willing to take their job seriously or maybe some decent training would help. They put a sign on the door, 11pm close for hood cleaning. I am waiting inside to be seated after a long day at work and starving. The hostess tells me, at 10:30pm that they have closed and they can't serve me. You deserve my 1 stars!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
