The food was horrible. I ordered the salisbury steak and it was dry no gravy but for a spoon full in a small cup. The potatoes were also dry and hard. I had a this time ordered eggs benedict to take home for later. Wish I didn't they were horrible also. The eggs were hard boil not soft as they should have been. My daughter order some kind of egg burrito and that was also dry and hard. That is just a few things wrong with our dinner. First time going last time going never ever again. Also the wait for our food was horrendous.

Food was good. Server had no smile, no chit chat, and was a brute. When she brought our food, she practically threw the plates on the table. My husband and I both thought his was going on the floor! She did one quick drive by to see if everything was alright. Didn't see her again until we flagged her down for our check. As for the atmosphere, it was incredibly warm. We were sweating. In the kitchen, someone was not happy. Since we were seated next to the kitchen, we could hear the unhappy employee letting off steam about the way another employee did something wrong. Not our best dining experience, but at least the food was good.

Had to seat ourselves. Waited for 10 minutes to get waited on. Then waited almost 45min more for the food to come out all at one time. Which meant food was cold. Didn't get two of the items I ordered. The food was delivered by what I assume was a dishwasher. He had wet dripping gloves. The waitress was doing the best she could. The manager came over and wanted to remake the cold items stating it would only be 10 minutes. By then we had been there for an hour. She took the cold item off the bill and gave 3$ discount. Bill was still over 30$.. dont waste your time or money. Go wait a decent breakfast spot and actually get what you want.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here all the way around. The host sat us at a dirty table and we had to ask one of the waiters to clean it off. We noticed he continued to sit people nearby at dirty tables. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly unfriendly. The food was okay, thankfully that was probably the only good thing out of our experience. Unfortunately I found out they were out of salsa after my South Western Burrito bowl was delivered to the table. By the end of our meal we were ready to leave but we waited for the waitress to get a box for about 15 mins, which we never got so we had to go up to host and ask for one so we could leave. Lastly, when I used the baby changing table in the women’s restroom it completely blocked the entrance to stalls, I thought that was bizarre.
Overall, this place needs to focus more on cleanliness and seek more friendly staff that have better experience.

I visited this establishment twice in the last month or so. My first interaction showed poor customer service and poor food quality.
This time around, my Server Jahyvion was exceptional, being very attentive to our table. He was sweet with a homely personality. I felt very welcome and the food was great. I'll definitely be returning!!

Every time I order my omelette on DoorDash, they never put the ingredients that goes on top. It’s always just the steak on top of the omelette, no tomatoes, no bell peppers nothing. And I always call to let them know but they never answer the phone. Now I have to eat a plain omelette, again. The only extra thing on there is the avocado I paid for.

It's the worst restaurant in Harrisburg, the staff does not have the proper training, they collapse frequently especially at their busiest time. Not even the staff and employees care about the customers, it's a shame and I don't recommend it. 12/25/2023

The service was good. The food was good as well. I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants. I've been into numerous IHOPs across the country, this is probably one of the cleanest locations although outside of our server, the rest of the staff wasn't that friendly. That made the atmosphere a little weird. The positives, the food was good and it was served quickly.

Ordered Mac and cheese in an almost empty restaurant on a Sunday evening for my kids. Waited over 30 mins for the server to come and tell us that they are out of Mac and cheese which was so surprising to me. What took them 30 mins to figure that out is beyond me. When the food came out this is what the “avocado toast” looked like. No seasoning no toasting of bread nothing. We were driving through Hershey and stopped at IHOP coz our kids were familiar with the taste and service. After a long trip they just wanted a comfort meal. Beyond disappointed.
So I believe the place is fairly new or redone the employee said. The food presentation wasn't the best but the service wasn't that slow. We had a waiter trying her hardest, but the cook messed up our order a few times even though the waiter wrote everything right. I feel like they need more cooks because my fries were undercooked, however the rest of the food was very good. For service I'd give 4 stars but food/presentation mixed with time waiting 3 stars. I would go back when they get more cooks.
