Food was good. Service was quick. Some of the same wait staff has been here for years. I got in and out quickly so I can go run my errands. I’m happy.

Waited 20 minutes, didn't even get acknowledged by our server. She didn't even say a word to us. Purposely ignored us after talking to every table over 4 times. Didn't even get us waters, say hi to us or anything. We got seated quickly but completely ignored by the server. I was a manager for a restaurant in Oregon for a few years. Completely unacceptable. Especially when she walked RIGHT passed us over FOUR times. Not even a single "hi" or I'll be right with you. No, we were invisible apparently. She looked dead at us but didn't say ANYTHING. Made eye contact with my partner but not a single word to us.

I recently visited IHOP and had a fantastic experience. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my meal. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, and the coffee was hot and fresh. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, I would highly recommend IHOP for a delicious and satisfying dining experience. It definitely deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional food quality, service, and atmosphere.

Tried to call and order ahead of arrival for takeout, but no one answered the phone at this location at 7 pm at night.
Drove over and ordered in person for takeout. Tomato basil soup, and 2 eggs cooked medium.
They were ready within 10 minutes of ordering, so it didn't take long to get the food.
Everything was cooked well, and the soup was very flavorful. The only downside is that they put my cheese crisp in the soup itself, instead of putting it on a bag. The cheese just became a big glob in my soup, instead being able to bite a crisp cheese type snack with the soup. I'm not sure why they did this, somewhat poor decision on their part.
Other than that, I would revisit this location again, I would just tell them not to put the cheese crisp in the soup next time.
