Great service! They really take care of the veterans and seniors that visit. You could also tell which patrons were regulars, because the staff knew them by name. Came in to an empty dining area and ordered. Sat there and watched while the place filled up. People who ordered after us were getting food before us. The waitress just kept telling me and others " not much longer now". After 40 minutes of just sitting we got up and left. Horrible service with no sense of urgency. Way too understaffed. I am absolutely pleased with the last two visits here. The waitresses we had were Daniele P. And Kellie A. They both were very kind and sweet! They definitely made our day. Greg job ladies. We will definitely be back. 10/10 experience!!

Manager on duty/server was extremely rude and kept yelling at us because we sat down and waited for close to two hours, and when we tried to get her attention she blew up at my party. Waited a very long time for our food and when it came out everything was cold. Had to wait on Gravy and it wasn't even hot just like they threw it in the microwave and served it. My pancakes were so cold the butter didn't even melt on it and after eating just a little bit of food I feel sick. Our server was rude and was rushing everyone and instead of her cleaning the tables there was 7 tables that needed to be cleaned and she just stood in the back talking.
