The wait to be seated was extremely long The coffee was extremely sour and burnt tasting i don't drink coffee with cream in it but I used a whole bowl of cream because it covered the taste of coffee ,the bathroom was in disarray. Courtney was my server and she was absolutely incredible from the moment she greeted me. Very friendly and kind. Great energy and vibes. She was wonderful!! I don't know if it was the servers fault or the kitchen's fault but it was extremely slow. Took too long for the food to be ready. We didn't get drinks before food. She brought 2 plates, then 5 mins later 2 more, then 5 mins later we had to tell her we were still missing 2 meals. The food did not come out the way it was expected. My wife got the strawberry cheesecake waffle and it barely had any cheesecake topping and only like 2 strawberries worth of slices and no whipped cream at all. My boyfriend and I went to the IHOP on Taylor road and 256. I work late until 1:00 in the morning. We went because it's one of the only 24-hour places around and neither of us felt like cooking. We ordered around 2:00 in the morning and still had not been served our meals by 3:00 in the morning. I would never recommend this location day or night at all it's a good thing they're open 24/7 because that's probably how long it takes you to get your food.
