My wife ordered a classic chicken sandwich with grilled chicken and no cheese. She recieved a breaded chicken sandwich with cheese. Our waitress, who is a Saint and the one light in this storm of nonsense, explained the cook, "Clay" I believe she said the name was, supposedly fixed the sandwhich. My wife had the same sandwich the night before. We know what their grilled chicken looks like. Attached is a photo of the sandwich after our order was "corrected". This is obviously not grilled. The chicken had obviously been fried in oil, and the only change seemed to be the breading it was fried with was removed. There's even cheese still melted on the chicken, it was just flipped over to hide it. Our waitress asked my wife if she would like something else because, apparently, the cook refused to remake what he now insisted was a grilled sandwich. This event happened on tonight, Thanksgiving 2023. Our waitress is one of the assistant managers. While I do not know who "Clay" is, or if I heard the name correctly, the manager was on the line and the only individual she wouldn't have be able to make comply and cook an order to standard, like any other restaurant would strive to do.
