From out of town. First time visiting an IHOP. The food was ok. They need to focus on cleanliness. The floors were sticky all over. The acrylic divider between the booths were filthy. Waitresses prefer standing around visiting vs. doing their jobs. Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the table after being seated. I asked for clarification if they were short staffed. I was told no. They were not busy, so service should be better, not worse. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Our waitress, Krystal, was the only one on duty. She buzzed around taking care of 6-7 tables effortlessly. Always polite and friendly. She made eating here a pleasant experience. Crystal, our server, was so great. We were working out of town and had dinner there a few nights. She was fun and helpful. And made our weird out of town dinners much more comfortable than I could have imagined. We only came back there because of her. So IHOP, please take note of your great employee, who really made us happy with our time in your restaurant. I ordered the chicken biscuit that had hashbrowns, pickles, country gravy, and onion rings. The chicken patty was very salty. As soon as I picked up the chicken biscuit, the biscuit crumbled everywhere. The waitress was very nice and removed the sandwich from my bill, as I only took one bite of it.
