The service was good. But there was not one but two hairs. They took that meal off. Aside from the fried eggs, the food was nothing more than processed off the shelf products, and with that way overpriced. Very disappointed. Kind of fun atmosphere with lots of Locals! The service was great! Love their breakfast! Came here after my surgeon appointment. Had to wait for my friend to pick me up, so I thought instead of being cold, I may as well get a good meal. This is one of the better locations. We live very far from here now, but if we ever are back, I would come stop by again. It was late. We were coming from the Lakewood football game, and we didn't feel like fast food. Our food and server were really good a lot of times late. The food is usually consistent. It used to be where you could get a meal for a fair price. I can say they can't cook extra crispy hash browns to save their life. At this IHOP, they have a new manager that is from Texas, sorry I forgot his name. He was johnny-on-the-spot at my table talking to me and apologized for the problem. He also adjusted my bill, it was nice to have someone pay attention to what is going on in the restaurant. The wait staff is awesome and I will go back just for that reason. We came to this IHOP around 8:30 at night. There was only one other family in there eating. The service was quick as you would think since there is nobody else to serve. It did take a while to cook the food and we didn't get our food all at the same time. It was about 5 minutes in between. I ordered biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were mediocre. The gravy tasted like it came out of a can. The scrambled eggs were cold. The bacon looked like it was deep fried for half hour. And the hash browns were so crispy they barely even taste like potatoes. And that was the same results for the other plates that had bacon and hash browns. My daughter got mac and cheese which for the price the portion was so incredibly small. The bowl was about half full. I could eat that mac and cheese probably in about five bites. Our other daughter had smiley face pancake. She didn't like the pancake. There was so much frosting on it that it looked like a cake. But I'm sure that's what it was supposed to be. Stopped to grab some quick breakfast on my way. Pancakes were super fluffy and delicious. The chicken Fajita Omelette was quite heavy and kept me filled for a long time. The hash brown was moderate.
