It's time to try nicely cooked omelettes, bacon and sausages. Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good strawberry pancakes, waffles and crepes here. Terrible experience, we eat here about once per month and this was by far the worst. Eggs were all over hard, even the benedict, but somehow everything also managed to be room temp. Ordered a side of pancakes which should have been $4, instead it as $9. When I complained about the food the server said "it took longer then I expected so that makes sense". I asked for a manager on my way out but after waiting for 5 min we just left and I wrote corporate. $60 for 2 adults and 1 child without tip. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Had a delicious breakfast dinner here the other night. Typical IHOP experience, but the waiter we had was extremely attentive and always made sure our drinks were filled. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. However, all of the staff (from what I saw) had the same level of attentiveness. I would hold them all to an extremely high level of service. I would gladly return to this specific location, if I'm ever, in the mood for IHOP. Thank you once again for giving me more than an "ordinary" experience! I would highly recommend the Colorado paired with the strawberry and banana pancakes! Special thank you again to Patty and Felipe! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POSITIONING! I am appalled by the service that was provided. Very rude when be taken to the table, as well as took very long to even start to order drinks and food. When the food came out, the order was wrong and by the time I asked to have it discounted because the food was sitting there, now cold and not eatable the manager said “it takes 30 seconds to REHEAT” Wait what, reheat it and not remake it?! Rather then doing the right thing and discount the meal, the manager gave a $2.50 discount when it should have been WAY MORE then that. Let’s just say if you are wanting rude service and to be disappointed in your food go here, but if you want a fun time and good food, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! everything is overpriced on the menu. the biscuits and gravy didn’t have even close to the right amount of gravy and the crepes were pictured covered in sauce and they had none. first and only visit to this iHop. Terrible experience. The plate pictured was $18 and had to ask for more sauce since little was given to begin with. Powdered eggs. Just avoid this place and cook yourself a nice breakfast at home

IHOP is one of the consistent above-average restaurant customer experiences. Service is usually spot on and the food meets expectations. Wait times are justified and the atmosphere is predictable. The menu is broad enough for the group and narrow enough for the indecisive. The downside to the new menu... Why on earth does one buttermilk biscuit on the side cost more than four links of sausage or four pieces of bacon as a side item though a full biscuit and gravy meal cost only three times as much with two eggs, two sausage, two bacon, and hash browns? Empty restaurant, my wife and I order uncomplicated orders. A man walks in after us, puts in an order and shortly afterwards presented with his order. He eats his whole meal and leaves just as we’re getting half of ours. No water offered. I didn’t even bother asking. Food was ok, nothing to remember. The waitress rang up the bill with a wordless, indifferent interaction. Never again ihop, in any country. Too much competition and prices are too high to settle for this kind of service anymore. What is not to like about IHOP? I feel like it's such a simple place but it is a staple in this country. So many important family memories were made here. I just had breakfast here with my wife and her family before we left our hometown back to our new home in Portland. It was a great experience as always. The breakfast was excellent. The service was 10 out of 10. They change up the menu often but they keep the classics as well. overall a very poor ihop experience. i know ihop is usually a gross diner, but this felt exceptionally bad. our silverware was dirty and wrapped in clean napkins, our waitress debi forgot my sides twice and after i asked kindly for it to be taken off the bill, i still got the sides (way too late, and incorrect) and i was still billed for it. she never really checked on us, refilled our drinks or even brought napkins over to us after that was all we asked for. i was overcharged for the sides i was missing and just paid so i could get out of there. but it is so not worth it lol. just go somewhere else Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Always love their pancakes, and wish the syrups were as good. I'm sure it's a matter of cost, but would be nice to have real maple syrup and fruit syrups.
