AWFUL SERVICE... but hey at least the eggs are good? The staff noticed my party and I waiting to be seated and didn't acknowledge us, the restaurant wasn't even packed and we were the only ones standing in the waiting room. Finally, somebody had the courtesy to approach us only to tell us "we'll call you in a bit". You heard that right, we had to wait even longer! Now for the food, the pancakes are fluffy but the "speciality pancakes" are uninspired. They know how to fool people into thinking the pancakes are unique, but really all they do is add toppings to regular pancakes. Yup, there's no specialty mixes except for protein pancakes or whole grain, the "specialty" line are basic with a side of toppings. Pretty disappointing. I remember why I don't visit here now... the staff had passive aggressive and moody vibes. No thanks. I had shared my feedback with corporate about this visit but however, I’ll leave it here as well. As I was seated, it took them 20 minutes just to acknowledge me and ask what I wanted to drink. By the time I got the dang thing, it was watered down and was denied a fresh one when I had asked. In the meantime I ordered my food. Thought I’d have better luck with the food but no. The appetizer sampler was an atrocious mess and looked like they just took the food and threw it in the bowl and sent it out. Onion rings were undercooked, mozzarella sticks were stiff as 8 gauge wire and that’s stiff. Very dissatisfied with the service, and the quality of food/drink. I will be expecting a call back from management and I will be asking for a refund on this. A busy Sunday about 12:45 pm, place was busy yet we were seated immediately. Service was excellent from the beginning! Food was great, and we were taken care of by a team of servers the entire time we were there. Our assigned server, Yarery, went above and beyond. A great place, we'll be back!
