We had a decent size group, but small enough to handle easily. Our server was nice as can be, but, she should ask the normal questions (how would you like your eggs.....bacon or sausage etc). She just assumed what I wanted. Partially my fault as I was more involved in the group conversation and not thinking, but then I got my plate and it was missing hashbrowns. I had to wait another 15min or so for those. Pay attention to the plates coming out of the kitchen for correctness...clarify what a customer wants and don't assume. My son and I ate here today for a late breakfast. The service was EXCELLENT today. The food was hot, fresh and fast. Ms. Joyce (our server) was extremely friendly, warm and kind. Went there for lunch and ordered the hamburger steak and gravy. When brought out it had no gravy. The waitress took it back and came out with a cup of gravy that looked like watered down curd. She then took it back to heat it up and still was terrible. Worst I ever had. Had a side of green beans that wouldnt even cut easily with a knife and were cold. I will never go back!!!! We’ve stopped in twice in the last 3 days and both times have been excellent food and service. Even with everything going on with the virus, we were made to feel comfortable about eating there because as you’re walking in there was a lady cleaning. The servers are using gloves as they’re picking up after customers that have left. They’re really being proactive about keeping you safe which I’m sure is required but they’re doing it with a smile on their faces. You’ll love this IHOP. Great food, great looking food, great taste and superb service.

Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly! Our food arrived quickly and our orders were all correct. We loved the Wonka breakfast selections! The staff seemed to not want to be working! It wasn't that busy, but took a bit to get seated and then longer to have someone take our order. The food was substandard, with the eggs being way over cooked. This place has gone down hill fast! Will not go back for a long time. the pickup experience was terrible. i waited 30 minutes after my food was “ready”, then once i got my food, my order was incorrect. what made the matter worse, at least 6 employees were just standing around before i was assisted by a worker. i will never be going back, at least to this location. No, a/c..Restaurant was not busy as we where the only table. Now to the food I got crapes was like trying to eat cardboard"Sent back". Pancakes soo dry, got my son's meal wrong"Remade". Waitress took our order then never returned, food was brought to us by some young man. Never checked up on"No drink refills". Not worth coming to. Would not recommend. The food was undercooked and served on dirty plates with leftover food from the previous meal. The waitress was loud, rude, abrasive, and unprofessional with customers. I had two OJs that were the same size but was charged $5.49 for one and $1.99 for the other. I won't be eating here again.
