The waitress didn't listen, so my order was totally wrong. There was 12 of us, so we expected to wait even though we were the ONLY customers our waitress had in her section. One hour & 47 minutes later 11 of us got our order. The last one took 15 more minutes. Mine was wrong item, and stone COLD. I asked for & got corrected order, but it also was cold. The time & temperature was probably the cook. My friend's had hair on hers. NOT suggesting this place. My last visit, not spending time or money there again!!!! Wait staff is right on point with getting orders out and drinks filled. Super friendly group of people. They have out tables ready for our large group of people for the after dance get together. Service was really good, the waitress worked well to serve all her tables and each waitress smiled and was respectful. The food was good but some items were cool instead of hot suggesting was under warm light. Tired a different item on the menu and was good. I ordered chicken and waffles, the chicken tenders were burned on the outside and raw on the inside!I didn't eat the chicken,so I asked for a deduction.$13.49 and I was deducted $2.92,I paid $10.57 for one damn waffle that was barely warm and the butter was frozen! And the waiter/cashier had the nerve to tell me that the chicken looked like that cause it was cooked in old grease!!!!! Who tells the customers that the food they bought and paid for and attempted to eat was cooked in old grease???? I guess a honest one.... The waitress was phenomenal. She stayed on top of everything. Y'all should have more waitstaff like her. The food didn't take long to come out and everything was good. No complaints. I love i-hop but this trip was off. There was no in the restaurant at dinner time. We ordered a mix of dinner and breakfast foods. Most of the food was good. My tbone steak was like beef jerky and very thin not a normal steak from them. I normally love this place but I had to write one thing because I sincerely hope it gets noticed by a higher up- the general manager's attitude is terrible. I mean, she's really, REALLY unapproachable. Looks constantly angry, and makes you feel like it's a burden when you come in the door. The servers are great, coffees always hot. You might have to wait a little sometimes, but I'm patient. The only negative experiences I have had here are with the general manager being dismissive-looking towards guests and overly angry with her staff for small mistakes, and a male night-shift server who acts the same way towards customers. The employees and customers here deserve a better manager that looks at people like people and not just their money. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I was thoroughly impressed with the late night shift. The waiter was absolutely on point with everything. We didn’t have to wait for a single thing. Whoever was cooking did a wonderful job. Took gd to eat pancakes before dance & everything was Great. Also told waitress we was in a Lil bit of rush & no problems. Excellent service and food! Brenda was our server and she was the absolute best! It's hard to find 5 star service these days and she was friendly, attentive, personable, and truly cares about her job. Thanks Brenda! Our food looked just like the menu pictures and tasted so good!
