Renovated post-Covid they’re finally back to being open 24/7. Please tip well if you can; these restaurant workers were hit very hard by the pandemic. Great breakfast food as always: Good pancakes and solid omelets; this chain does a great job at having decent healthy options on their menu like egg white veggie omelets and protein pancakes. Just FYI: Waiting tables in a place like this is really hard work. Be nice. And go online & fill out those IHOP surveys on the receipt. They help out the waitstaff if they get positive feedback. Never heard of this place before as a tourist. Gave it a chance. Food is great. Service is better. But it kind of felt like we were unwanted there sometimes from other patrons, all of whom were hispanic. We felt out of place and stared at. The staff were so lovely though. 6:30a weekday. Nearly empty. Greeted upon entering. Coffee's great! Standard Pancake Combo was ready in 8mins. Coming here at odd ball hours is probably the best way for you to get warm food in your belly. Now it may not be the healthiest, but they aren't charging an arm and a leg either. Avoid at all costs on weekend mornings. It is chaos. Come on a Wednesday after 1:00 and you're golden. The basics are ideal here: original short stack with blueberry syrup and a side of ham. Perfect to split with a loved one and just filling enough to satisfy. The staff are super nice as well (Nayeli) and keep the place clean. A quick enjoyable brunch. Liked the hash brown which was liken to a Rösti. Have the choice of how the eggs should be done (scrambled, sunny side up, etc). Pancakes were fluffy. Food is decent, but pricey.
