Our experience at this location was bad not horrible but bad our server I believe her name was Nathalie she took our order and we waited for at least 40 mn and then later on a guy who was really helpful came and check on us be a he have been sitting their a while his name was Uriel turns out she didn’t send our order to the kitchen he fixed it and had amazing service. First off the latina at the front is so famn faded she cant even keep her eyes open. Second she told me 7min and here I am typing g out a message 25min later. This is ridiculous if you can't serve people then don't work at as a waitess or host. The food was terrible yesterday when I came bit the other lady was super nice. The manager that was there he made The food, What's appreciated manager

I really like this spot! I've eaten here a few times and I've never had a disappointing meal... The guest service is VERY nice! The employees are all friendly! I was seated immediately by the MOD... My server was super sweet, and gave me plenty of time to enjoy my meal... I usually order eggs Benedict (of some kind) when I'm there... It always comes out hot, and tastes good... A ROACH nonchalantly wandered under my table at one point... Friendly staff, but there was an odd 9pm Tuesday rush and they were understaffed. My omelet was okay, it's Corporate Sysco food so I won't judge too harshly but it needed lots of salt and pepper.
