This place is horrible with customer service. The greeters are never really there and it always seems nasty and not sanitary. I've been coming for years because it's convenient to home but I always regret my decision. We've walked out Several times on different occasions. The manager at the time I went, March 9, 2023, was absolutely rude to her employees and was very cold and unwelcoming to guest. Waited to be seated with multiple empty tables. Then took 10 min to get coffee ordered. 25 min before food ordered. Food was luke warm when it came out. They forgot my toast. No one to greet you , I had to wait. Very slow service for everything, even the check. Other waiters saw I was waiting and didn’t care at all. What has happened to the I hop I used to enjoy going to????? Won’t return to this location again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful. The people who “work” there very obviously don’t want to be there, and it shows by how uninterested and discourteous they were. This place is disgusting and filthy. My mom's cheese burger had wilted lettuce with black spots, soggy tomatoes, our cheese sticks were obviously microwaved they had exploded and melted the cheese out. The table had old funk in the sugar caddy, on the pop up menu, on the side wall, leaking ceiling in foyer to restroom the floor was wet. How have they not been shut down by Harris County?? After our horrible experience I read other reviews and found similar stories to my own. I highly recommend NOT dining at this establishment. Service Dine in

It was my first time in this location.It was past 6 pm and it was not busy.This was my BIG STEAK OMELETTE.....I should have taken a picture when it was served.....We waited more than 40 minutes and we were starving .I talked to the waiter about the way it was supposed to be prepared but unfortunately it seems like they have issues with the employees .I Don't really know what the problem was but whoever is in charge of this restaurant if you care about it you better take care of it.I will never come back .I feel sorry for the waiter,it maybe not his fault but neither ours .I have been to many restaurants and order always the same thing over and over again and this omelette was the worst thing ever I just read other reviews and I confirmed and regretted not have read them before.Ihope owner come and checked this is you businesses and read the reviews.I am here just wasting my time writing a review but you are losing customers .I feel sorry for my self I may eat the leftovers of someone else .I should had leave the restaurant when food was served Anyway first and last time in this place.I have too many things to say about what is going on in this picture but maybe be any of you reading this want to takeva chance and have better luck 🤞🤞🤞🍀🍀🍀🍀 Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drove up to the restaurant late and thought I was going to get jumped...turns out it was just the employees. The manager was out there as well and said "we're all out of everything"..Luckily i had NO problem with that. Seriously now, this wild ...stay safe out there💯 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I took my children into this establishment today, Sunday the 20th, and We tried very hard not to show judgment after being seated and began noticing the extreme filth, and insect infestation in the customer seating area. Having previously worked in the service industry, I cringed to imagine the conditions in the kitchen, if the customer areas were so openly disgusting. Images and video show filth caked on walls, glass, table backboards, rusted salt shakers with contaminated and clumped rusty salt inside. We cleaned our table ourselves with sani wipes from my own purse, but were forced to promptly leave after my daughter pulled a slimy black un identified object from her omelet along with fruit flies. Ihop had been a sentimental destination since I was a child, with a weekend ritual shared by my grandfather and myself, but I will never take my family to the Cypress, Texas location again. If I find this warning/complaint (along with countless other customer reviews) is ignored by corporate management, and the Harris health department (whom I've also filed a formal complaint) I will likely never visit the franchise again, and elevate my awareness warnings to a broader audience until some accountability is taken. 1st visit: Went for lunch. Restaurant was dirty but they had just got over rush hours. It took a while to get our food but it was delicious. Our waitress was very courteous and friendly. She made our dine in experience a lot better given we had arrived after their very busy times. If you’re not in a hurry, dine in at IHOP. My children prefer IHOP because of their different kid approved side options. 2nd visit: * Went for breakfast during the week, definitely a better experience. Alexis was our courteous and excellent waitress! I’m sure due to staff not being super busy. My food was hot and very delicious. IHOP is still my children’s favorite.
