This was the absolute worst experience I have had with this place! Me and my family will not be back. Eggs Benedict was a fried egg and I sent it straight back no manager came out to acknowledge the fact that we had issues with our food my husbands food was not correct either my daughter's waffle was hard and my niece stated her chocolate pancakes did not taste good so 70 dollars wasted just to go somewhere else to feed my family. Me and my sister went in there in the afternoon. And it wasn't Very many People there at that time of day. We were treated very well, served very timely and the food was great. We had very good experience at that restaurant. It's nice to have a place to go where you can sit down and visit with somebody without the rat race of the Society going around you. The food itself was great except the strawberry pancakes the waitress completely forgot and brought towards the end of the meal, the waitress was very slow and forgetful, I will never return to this IHOP. She ruined the whole experience for me. It took 20 minutes to bring hot sauce to me and what absolutely killed me is there was a total of four tables including my table. No more than 12 people in total. I didn't get a drink refill until the end of my meal. She was too busy talking to her coworkers and standing by the kitchen entrance on her phone. It was a good experience but they were not busy and it took away from the atmosphere. I don't know what has happened bc I remember when you had to wait in line for a table there were so many customers. Maybe we just went at an off time of the evening. We didn't stay long bc it was something of a bummer feeling. They should do something special to get people back there.
