Probably one of the best IHOP franchises I’ve ever been to. Large food portions, good service and overall clean. My wife and I stayed in Kissimmee for a few weeks and came here regularly for breakfast. It never disappointed. Ordered through Ubereats and did not receive my whole order (I don't know if this was caused by IHOP or Ubereats). The New Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit I did not like. The eggs, they just slapped a piece of cheese on top of the eggs, I guess they were too busy or lazy to mix in the cheese. This is your standard, run of the mill IHOP. What sets this place apart is the server Lenka. She is amazing at her job. She doesn't take notes, yet is on point with whatever you order. She is patient and attentive. She will stop by your table every now and then and check up on you with a touch of humor. I just loved her wit. Thank you Lenka for making our visit an enjoyable one. Disgusting! This place was filthy!! The food was ok, I had to ask for salsa & sour cream when I ordered a fajita omelet. The containers were full of water as tho they'd been sitting there forever.
