I have been here several times. It is our go to when in Caguas. I am giving it 5 in service because that was great this time. But the food was bad. All the meals were sub par. My mom stomach has been upset since we left 3 hours ago. As for the sushi it was so below par. We ordered four different rolls (2 new and 2 favorites). The samurai roll was completely falling apart. The Santo domingo roll which is crispy was so hard. The San Juan roll tasted bad. The dragon roll was the only one that was ok. They must have a new sushi barrista with little to no experience. In now way does it meet the standards of a $200 plus bill.I was going to give a 3 star rating but it is a 2 because it definitely wasn’t the waiters fault. Why didn’t we return the rolls and complain, because when we asked the sushi guy for a soy sauce bowl he just was completely bothered.
Update: I don't like giving bad reviews if I can avoid it. The owner requested more information which I have tried to call and provide. Unfortunately I have called several times and left my contact information with no call back. The look of a recent review shows there is a problem with their food. *dropped my review to 1.

The service and the atmostphere is amazing but the food... Idk it was good at the moment we ate it but when I got home I started getting dizzy and actually threw up all the food... Dont know if the chicken wasnt cooked well but something in the food made my whole body go crazy sick... Thought i was gonna die 😭

Excellent Customer Service... Host was very nice as well as Manager and other employees... They were very courteous!!! Sushi was dyed blue because it was Halloween - cute detail!!! Food was excellent as well 👍😊

Good experience staff was great place clean and organized the chef amazing. General was good. The only that I noticed was because I did the hibachi dinner was everyone ordered them Raw food came in one tray exposed no covered. In my opinion will be look much better if come in some covered containers to prevent any contamination. That was my only concern.
