Came here for the soup and I was very impressed by what I found. They had 3 types of soup and have tried most of them. , I have tried it all . My soup was served in bread and it was delicious. Staff were very nice and explained us all the free refill process. I would return for sure. The food and beer was good, but it wasn't advertised anywhere about free refills and they did not tell me at the counter. I already started eating my bread bowl before I noticed all the other customers getting refills. A bit annoying as I wanted to try some of the other types of soup and did not get the chance. The fishermans favourite and white ale on tap were the highlights! The service was very friendly too. Lovely restaurant that serves an amazing shellfish and lamb soup. I found the prices reasonable, but the staff didn’t tell us about the free waffles, would have loved to try them out as well. I couldn’t recommend it more! Amazing food, great atmosphere and staff that always smiles and genuinely enjoys talking to you! As it comes to the prices, I would say that it’s really great value for what you pay. Also there are lamb soup refills, and free waffles for desert. 🏆TOP TIP: free soup in a bread refills and beer refills and even free waffles! … this place is a true gem and huge value. The soups are delicious (we tried all three flavours - I think my favourite was the shellfish but my friend says the lamb!). Fantastic friendly service and very busy for a reason. All you can eat soup served in a bread bowl. We tried both lamb soup and tomato soup, which were both delicious. There were also supposed to be free waffles, but there were not anymore supplied during the duration of our time there - even though we checked regularly.
