I spent a week in Frederick for work and ended up visiting Ibiza cafe a few times. It's a pretty nice spot with a great selection of coffee. I leaned towards the cappuccinos, which were well-made every time, though the cold brew also stood out on the coffee front.
The cafe has a cozy and well-decorated interior, making it a comfortable place to work or just relax. The food portions aren’t huge, but the quality is there, especially with items like the charcuterie.
Overall, Ibiza cafe is a great find in Frederick. It offers a nice atmosphere for anyone looking to enjoy a decent cup of coffee and some quality food.

Very nice and cozy atmosphere. Cappuccino was OK but I found the espresso base to not be tremendously robust.
Despite the very nice decor and passable drink, I had a very poor impression of the food, specifically in regards to the Pro-wich I ordered. It did not come on a long baguette as advertised on the menu, the prosciutto was miserly and far less than as pictured on three menu picture, and the bread was soaked in syrup and disgustingly sweet. I’m not the type to raise a stink and send stuff back to the kitchen but this is the closest I’ve gotten to it.
It’s unfortunate because the menu items ordered by the party (a sanme and a bagme) looked pretty good.
Overall, a nice place to sit and relax but don’t go out of your way for it and definitely don’t order the pro-wich.

We were excited to try this cafe for the first time on a cold, rainy Sunday. The reviews are quite high on Google so we expected a bit more of an experience. We ordered lattes for dining in. They were delivered to us quite some time later in to-go cups. I'm not sure if it was because the time was 4:30pm and they were trying to give us a hint that they were close to closing? I ordered the banana rum and my husband ordered the dark chocolate orange. No latte art pictures for us to share since they were dumped into to-go cups. 😔 The only flavor I could taste was the rum burn. No banana whatsoever. My husband's latte was definitely chocolate orange flavored, but nothing to write home about. For the price, I felt like the servings would be larger too. The cafe is cozy and quiet. It'd be a nice place to read or work. We might try again at a different time of day to see if the service and product are better. Dublin Roasters still remains my favorite coffee establishment in Frederick.
