The dude working today was amazing. Super friendly, personable and fun to talk to while we finished up my order. Pizza looked absolutely perfect, I mean just look at it! The dude deserves some recognition, I wish I would of gotten his name. He seemed to be the only one there which adds to how awesome he did! Found this gem while staying in Surprise. Great tasting pizza and fast late delivery was a hit! Crust was amazing and cheese sticks was just as good. I went to Hungry Howie's today to get a pizza for lunch. I stood at the counter for at least 10 - 15 minutes. I did not see 1 person let alone hear anyone. I even spoke out, nothing. I ended up just leaving. Apparently it must be make it yourself with self checkout.... I love their pizza, but will debate whether to try to go there again. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s very frustrating when. Your order gets made wrong ,on top of discovering what seemed to be pubic hair baked on the pizza,I tried to call several times to inform them of the situation each time I called it was 15 min wait on hold and when someone finally answered they say “hello” 3 times and hang up ,I tried to call today and a woman did the same thing , not sure why this store is open if your not going to assist customers especially when it was a horrible and disgusting experience.this is not ok when you spend money at a place and don’t even get to eat the actual food, let alone not one single person answering the phone .I will not be returning, hopefully corporate can see this review and educate their employees, I’m giving 3 stars because usually the food is great I haven’t had an issue beside this one . My husband loves this place, this was my first time eating Hungry Howie's Pizza and now I'm a fan as well. We ordered the Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Pizza with Original Onion Crust and the Howie Maui with Original Butter Crust. They were both really good. I took the Bacon off of the Maui only because I personally don't usually like bacon with my Hawaiian pizzas, but if you do, by all means, keep it. We ordered the Cinnamon Howie Bread for dessert... So yummy! We were about 45 minutes from home so I put the icing packet in between the two pizzas on the drive to warm it up. I'm looking forward to trying their other pizzas and breads. Last night on December 22. I ordered two large dual pepperonis. And two extra large deluxe works. The two pepperonis were OK. The two deluxe works were absolutely horrid. Very little toppings and the crust was burned. And there was no crust at all. It was just a flat pie. The total order was $81 and change. I feel I got ripped off.
