My suggestion is you choose to eat here is to order take out and eat it at home. The reason being, you can order whatever you like and it will be cooked fresh and hot when you get it. Love their fresh hibachi. Shrimp, chicken, steak, fish, eggs and vegetables. My husband likes their dumplings and we both enjoy the egg drop soup and egg rolls. I save eating the crab rangoons for last. They do have lots of other offerings, but I fill up before sampling those. Love the grill with fresh veggies and meats. My mom introduced me to Honey Chicken and it was very good. Great attentive staff and buffet bars were very clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

You know, there are days and times which make me choose to "slink off quietly" and do things alone, by myself, FOR me. HUNAM restaurant was my choice for some PEACE. It is not usually an overcrowded restaurant post-usual-lunch time. True this day as I figured. One is not "rushed out" by wait staff; flip side, they may not check on any needs that arise as fast as one may wish. Pointedly, checking for drink refills, a dropped fork or extra napkin requests. But, they are always fine, and smiling(!) even if flagging them down seems the appropriate choice! I enjoy the light quality of a Chinese restaurant. It's not at all heavy Southern- style fare. Here were my delights for my special, Me-Time-Luncheon. ●Hot & Sour Soup [ which I mix 2/3 H&S and 1/3 Egg Drop Soup ] ●Crispy Noodles to top my soup? YES PLEASE! ● Deep fried, tho very sweet and tender, imitation Crab Leg Style meat ●Tender fried Fish Chunks ●Boiled or Steamed Fresh Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce alongside...I bump it up a notch by stirring a bit of hot sauce into it and a squeeze of lemon juice on top, then a tiny sprinkle of salt. 😋 yum tasty! Other, usual Chinese Buffet choices abound including but never limited to: Crispy Egg Rolls Sesame Chicken Beef n Broccoli Moo Goo Gai Pan Chicken Wings, Sweet n Sour Chicken The list truly could go on and on. There are many delicious dessert choices available including fresh fruit. My choice was a Fortune Cookie! It read: " The choices you make may require chances to take" Obviously, good thought provocation presented! If you are ISO a Chinese Buffet Style Restaurant; please give Hunam a decent whirl! DINNER COST WAS $16.00 LUNCH I believe WAS $12.00 Before3pm. There is also a hibachi style grill for dine -in clientele. It smelled so good! But, I was too full to partake this time. I WILL Visit them again. MAYBE I'LL SEE YOU! PS. Bathroom was very clean ;without harsh odors and you MUST check out the decor!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Leaps and bounds of improvement since last time I visited. Came at 2:30 on Saturday, but buffet was stocked with fresh hot foods. Food was delicious with lots of variety and service was great.
