This is the cutest coffee shop, so aesthetic and woman owned! So clean and well thought out. On top of it the owner, Jen is awesome. Always makes us feel so welcomed. The Ube latte and Viet Coffee are our top picks but the baked items catch us every time. She definitely knows how to bake! Highly recommended this spot, super easy to find, parking is in a lot (which is awesome for Newport) and the atmosphere is just top notch!
