Was disappointed today. We got seated waited 10 minutes. Then I went up while my husband waited. I made it through the line an ate with chopsticks and he made it halfway through before someone stopped to offer drinks. The buffet style line where you grab your food for them to cook was extraordinarily messy. Certain items were still frozen. On the grill all the food was mixed rather than meats closer to the hole in the center. There was nothing separating food from each other so onesies and twosies were getting mixed. When we received our food it was more warmed up on the grill rather than cooked. Peppers/onions were still crunchy rather than soft. Even though we came at the busiest time, our waiter was calm and collected and went above and beyond. Wasn't too pushy and was on point with refills and the dirty plates. The cooks were phenomenal. I don't think they even caught a two minute break from the grill and they kept up like a boss. Went to pick up a doordash, waiter was nice. They were having issues finding the order, got the manager. Manager , Matt Berns, was rude, disrespectful, and refused to be of help. Said " im too busy to help with doordashers, hurry up and figure it out" also, friend who left training due to unsanitary conditions. Fair warning. Also, Ernis, another waiter there, thanks for your help, better than what your manager could do. ✌️ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
