Only good location seems to be in Cape Girardeau in SE Missouri And as you can see from the ''owners'' reply Its copy and pasted Only offers sorry and no resolution no matter what the issue is. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at this establishment.. I ordered an appetizer and didn't get that until my child's dinner and dad's dinner came out. Then they messed up my order and my oldest child order at least 4 times. I finally told them to forget about my order and just try to fix my child order. She got her fries and there was literally oil in the bottom of the fry basket and she only got about 10 fries. Then it took almost 5 napkins to soak all the grease and oil out of the cheeseburger and bread just so she could eat it, not to mention another 3 napkins to soak up the oil from the fries. SMH THE total still came up over $60, it's like they cancelled my order but increased the price for everything else so I was still paying the same. This has become a wholesome place in a small town kind of diner. Most breakfast places like this will have the feel of just coming in and having a waffle to get you woke up and leave after hoping you don't get syrup from the previous person's food on you. But this is not that type of place. It's clean, the staff are super friendly, and the local population come there to all see each other. Its not uncommon to see a senior walk around and hand dollar bills to every kid in the place. Every time we come here I have a great meal and leave with a smile on my face from seeing everyone mingling and enjoying seeing their neighbors. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
