The beignets are disappointing. They appear to be a croissant based beignets so not traditional at all. The rest of the food lacked seasoning, but was cooked well overall.

Mushroom Omelette
It's a quiet place tucked back off the freeway. Open for breakfast and lunch, the menu is large and helpings the same. The food could definitely use some seasoning. The eggs tasted like water. BUT, it was well cooked and the salt and pepper on the table took care of the lack of flavour. I feel like restaurants can't use salt anymore or something, so I won't knock them too hard. What totally saves this place is the atmosphere and service. I wish I had remembered our servers name better, I think it was Elsie. She was absolutely amazing. The hubby and I joked that if we could take her everywhere we go out to eat, we might eat out more. She was that amazing. Offered to fill out drinks at just under half full, and didn't keep pestering about what we might need or if the food was ok. I hate being asked if the food is to my liking while I have a mouthful, that's common sense to me. You won't be disappointed or hungry leaving here.

First time here. I love breakfast all day so you can't go wrong. Food was excellent. My mom and I both agreed everything was great. I did a create my omelet with bacon, avocado and hollandaise sauce. And they actually have hash browns that you can hardly find anywhere. Our server was very welcoming and friendly and it just kinda felt like home. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

My friend and I had their classic hamburger. Very good, French fries were tops. Service was impeccable, They just opened up, but it appears to be very welcoming. The prices were very reasonable.

I haven't been to this location in years, and didn't realize it was no longer Perko's. However, we had a wonderful waiter Antonio who made our breakfast very enjoyable. The food was pretty good and we'll definitely consider coming back again. One thing to note though, my cousin's coffee mug had a chip in the inside of the mug and her water glass had cracked as well. Please check to make sure the coffee mugs and glassware do not have broken pieces before serving them to customers.
