Excellent BBQ! The ribs were delicious, tender, juicy, and clung to the bone just right! I tried a little bite of the cheeseburger Mac&cheese, which was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten and definitely made me second guess my choice of a keto diet. The brisket was also smoked to perfection. My only complaint is that they were out of "Inferno" sauce for my smoked chicken wings, which were also great, aside from the fact they weren't as spicy as I would have liked. The homemade blue cheese dressing served with the wings was amazing. I'll definitely return, and highly recommend it to anyone in the Casper WY area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great atmosphere, great food, great service!! Mac and cheese with chicken and broccoli made my kiddo happy! I do not even like mac and cheese and really liked theirs. They have sweet potato fries! : ) Portions are huge and can be shared between two. I will tell all of my friends about this awesome place! What a hidden gem! It took 45 minutes to be seated, when the hostess advised it would be 25-30 minutes. Still, they were busy and that can be forgiven. But then, once we were seated, we ordered immediately and waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food, which was cold. They did serve some cornbread in the interim, but there is no excuse for taking that long to get food to the table. The food quality was good, but not excellent. If they could seat and serve people in a reasonable time period, this could be a good restaurant. The hostess and waiter were friendly, but I would not go here unless you have several hours to spend. This is the best BBQ in Wyoming. Cornbread app is delicious and the pulled pork is southern quality good. Fries are tasty too. So freaking good! Amazing pics on the way to the restroom. We had the Texas Triple with pulled pork instead of chicken. The ribs were excellent and had a good dry rub flavor. We also had the Mac n cheese and the zucchini fries. The brisket was a little dry, otherwise everything was very good. The sauces were good and helped with the brisket. They give you cornbread when you get a table. The cornbread was very good! It was more than enough for two people. The staff were very good. They let us move to a different table that was more comfortable. They checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok. Clean bathrooms as well. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Would recommend! Great Barbecue! Prime Rib night on Thursday is awesome. The prime rib was tender and flavorful. I ordered beef brisket, salad with zucchini fries and shared half of the beef brisket for half of the prime rib with my friends. The beef brisket was good too, lots of meat on the plate. I could tell this is run or owned by a guy because it’s all about the meat. Sides are more of a have them but they are not the center piece. Corn bread was average. Tried a rum and coke with local rum from Wyoming. Backwards rum. Was so good went across the street to the local liquor store and bought a bottle after we finished our dinner.

I enjoyed eating here, I was glad I was told about it. Otherwise I probably would not have found it. It is located in an old converted gas station. The food was good, looking at the menu I had a hard time choosing since I wanted to try a bunch of different items. I finally chose what they call the "Top Two", which is a combination of ribs and brisket. I really loved the ribs, they were tender but not mushy. The brisket was good with the BBQ sauce, they had a choice of 3 types and I chise a traditional. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Very good food at an interesting restaurant, it is a converted old gas station. The ribs were delicious, I could easily separate each one just by simply pull them apart. The brisket was good but a little dry, but the bbq sauce made it good. I liked the additional vegables that were added to the corn, there was just enough to add to the flavor of the corn. So, we're from east Mississippi, from the heartland of the southern barbecue tradition. We were driving through Casper, Wyoming, at lunchtime, and my wife found this place, so we decided to give it a go. I'm sure I mentally raised my eyebrows at the "southern BBQ" claim. We were immediately greeted by some friendly waitresses. The menu offered slaw for dressing our pulled pork sandwiches, which goes a long way towards proving the "southern" claim. Shelby took our "to go" order and within minutes we were back on the road. The genuine smoked flavor sealed the deal. Definitely southern BBQ. Thanks, y'all!
