I love this coffee shop. I got a flight of three coffees that had their own flavors, and the cookies were delightful. I want to try their DIY coffee next time. The atmosphere was also quite calming.

How Coffee is a stress-relieving environment where the owner roasts his own coffee beans! There are four parking spaces inside the courtyard beside a country lane near the Taoyuan HSR station. There are touring windows to visit the owner and his partner selecting beans by hand. The owner has a unique view on coffee recommendations, and is generous in asking customers to enjoy a free trial. Chat with old friend and enjoy a cup of iced-drop coffee at the window where the autumn wind is flicking. It's not only perfect but also joyful.

Owners are so warm towards customers and clearly passionate about coffee. They introduced to me to cold drip / Kyoto-style brew which I have not stopped thinking about since. Definitely stop by if you are in the area!
