Definitely one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve ever tried! Located in a cute and not noisy area; kind staff who will happily translate the menu options to English if you don’t speak Polish; healthy vegan ingredients;🏳️‍🌈 friendly environment; tasty and original dishes. Remember to bring Polish cash. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person zł 20–40
Best vegan food I've had so far. Unfortunately can't give 5 stars cause you CAN'T PAY BY CARD which I think is rather odd and unusual. They are loosing clients because of that. While I was there two women left just because they didn't have cash and couldn't withdraw from a cash machine. I also didn't have enough cash so I ended up ordering not what I originally wanted.
That's definitely my favourite place in the world! If you are visiting Gdansk you need to pop up at HoS! Food is delicious (Pyzuchy ❤️) and staff is friendly and helpful. I could eat there everyday and never get bored. Unfortunately I live too far 😢
Delicious traditional polish food made vegan. What a pleasure to discover those flavors completely plant-based. Although i have never tried Zrazik z boczkiem, my friend (Polish) told me that the taste was impressive by its ressemblance. The menu (food and drink) is simple but the plates well filled. The interior is cosy and transcribes a good vibe and the employee very kind. Highly recommend (plus the portions are very big for the price!). Stepping into House of Seitan in Gdańsk is like stepping into a hug! The warm glow of fairy lights, mismatched comfy chairs, and the aroma of spices wafting from the kitchen instantly put you at ease. The staff, absolute rockstar, greeted me with sunshine smile and helped me navigate the menu like old friends. They even let me peek at the secret playlist that had me tapping my toes throughout the meal (think reaggae dubstep and unexpected throwback jams). But the real star of the show was the food! I devoured a plate of "vegan dumplings" so creamy and rich, I couldn't believe it was vegan. House of Seitan is more than just a delicious meal; it's an experience. It's a place where you can relax, be yourself, and fuel your body with goodness. I left feeling happy, full, and inspired to spread the vegan love. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu! ✨ Pro tip: They only take cash, so come prepared! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
