The food is ok. DO NOT waste your money on the plantains. They do not prepare them properly. They are ALWAYS dry and not sweet. No flavor at all.
Food is delicious and plentiful. Best African cuisine in the St. Louis area hands down. Yes the price is a little higher, but i dont mind paying a little more for better quality. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Spicy Goat

3 stars for the food, because it USED to be spicy (the egusi), but now, even when I order the super spicy, it's just like eating something mild. Theres almost no heat to it. I'd like y'all to go back to actually being spicy, bc I'm disappointed every time it's not. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Egusi and Fufu
I live in Illinois and drive 86 miles to get agusi soup. The best I've had. Even better that Egusi in Africa, ive had both. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Egusi and Fufu

Authentic West African cuisine, I loved it all especially the fried plantain. My only thing is the oxtails could’ve been cooked just a little longer, just to make them tender otherwise, everything was great, but It was a little expensive. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Side of Fried Plantains
