We worked with hot box cookies for our wedding. Everything was fantastic. We appreciate everything they did for us. They were one of our favorite places to work with during our wedding planning progress. They even made custom stickers for our wedding saying "montana's favorite, Braden's favorite, and Our favorite" They were swift, kind, accommodating, helpful. Everyone LOVED the cookies; they were a hit!!!!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!

By far the best place to get cookies in Lawrence. It may be expensive but I promise it's worth it. Not open as late as it used to be. Parking is limited but can be found (if you're quick) in front of the "Here" apartments right across the street.

Doesn't get better, I swear. The cookies we got here, were absolutely devine. Perfect consistency, nice and warm, not to mention; they sell milk!

We ordered Hot Box Cookies for an event and I would highly recommend! From getting an order estimate to delivery, they were easy to work with and extremely reliable. The cookies and cream was a crowd favorite!

I placed an online order two days in advance of our son’s birthday who is attending KU. We expected his surprise birthday order to be delivered by 10 am today. No delivery ever took place. Called the location and Ashley stated their systems were down all day. We never received a notification. We’re ten hours away from our son and hoped to make his day a little better. We will never order Hot Box again.

Very disappointed. Ordered 18 box at 9:20 p.m. Arrived at 10:43. Had to call because ETA was 10:20, and tracker only said "preparing at 9:23" when I called to ask what was going on at 10:25. Guy who answered said driver was out delivering multiple orders and I was going to get cookies tonight. While the cookies tasted good, they would have tasted better hot-they were barely warm. And I am always a little leery when the cookies don't seem to be baked thoroughly...I don't know if some are supposed to be gooey, or if they are undercooked and I'm going to get sick. God help me! I hope me and mine survive! A bit of advice to improve-Hotbox needs to hire more delivery drivers. And maybe cook some of their varieties a little longer... snicker doodles.

First time customer and honestly I don't think I will order again. I ordered a box of 24 and only received 18 cookies. Some of the cookies in the box were not even what I ordered. I had them delivered and they were 30 minutes later than the expected time. The cookies themselves tasted fine, not fantastic but okay. The service I got though has completely turned me off. I have already contacted the support people on the website and they have yet to contact me back. Really disappointed that this is what happened.

The monster cookies are great but the others are terrible and for the price you pay it's better to go to walmart bakery
