This food is perfect! For dogs because half of the time it’s served raw :D ( we came in on February 17th 2024 ( so yk who runs kitchen) I asked for the flat ironed steak came out practically mooing and my families dinner was also raw (and bleeding ) I know they have a temp checker not sure if they’re smart enough to use it or what and I figure this isn’t the fist time ether they took it back and said they were gonna get us all new they brought it back and it was the same, wasn’t even cooked the whole way I could only eat half yk because it wasn’t even done the whole way ) please tell you chef to step up or get more classes you could tell they don’t know how to cook not to mention I said well done burn it if you have to ( I think that went in one ear and came out the other) the photo is the second time around still raw only good for dogs. Go to other places but this one. Hoss’s step up please do yourself a favor and fire that chef. Xo 😌 also if this applies to you reviews are free! We have heard about Hoss's for years while visiting our family in the Pittsburgh area. However, we had never stopped at one until tonight on our way home to eastern PA. It was a surprise! I enjoyed the salad bar, which had all of my favorites and delicious homemade soups. I was excited to find beet eggs and applebutter! My husband had a sliced steak sandwich that he said was delicious. It was a great deal and I'm sure we'll be back. To the waitress last night. I told you it was my 40th birthday. You brought me out a cupcake with a candle in it. I hope you know that small gesture ment the world to me. What you didn't know is, I didn't even get as much as a card for my bday. All year long we go all out and celebrate everyone's birthday and mine came and went without any acknowledgement or celebration. He wanted to come to your restaurant so we did. The food was amazing. The servers were phenomenal. It's a great atmosphere. I wish I could remember her name. She had a beautiful watch on. Always love Hoss's! Fresh salad bar always, and fast friendly service. This really applies to every Hoss's I've ever visited. Pretty nice menu, covers all the bases. The prices are always good. I stopped by Hoss's recently on a road trip. I was there for lunch and had their all-you-can-eat salad, soup and dessert bar, along with the optional Willy burger for $2 more. This place was great! The food was very tasty and my waitress was very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and well kept. My only regret, was that I don't live close enough to eat here much more often Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Steelers game was on the TV. And all the customers were really enjoying it. What a great atmosphere!! Everything was great, and the employees did an awesome job. Even the tables were cleared off quickly. Our steaks were a perfect medium rare 😍 Thank you, everyone, for an enjoyable dinner!!! The server was so patient even when my 2 year old grandson got upset. She said she's had 2 year olds of her own and to take our time and she'll come back later for our order. The place was very clean and peaceful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A very homey restaurant. The salad bar was full and was very good. Lots of different dressing options. The steaks that we ordered were cooked as ordered (rare & medium), but were done on the wrong steaks... Server mixed up the order. The taste was good, and so we did not complain. That's the only reason I'm giving it four stars. The green apple tea is to die for. 😁 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
