The Female Naomi Who Works At The Bar Is Extremely Rude.. I Called A Few Times To Place A Food Order, However The Phone Rang Without Answer So I Decided To Drive There To Place My Order In Person.. Upon My Arrival I Asked Were The Phones Working & Naomi Stated I Don't Have The Phone Glued To My Pocket Along With Other Snippet Remarks.. I Told Her That She Was Being Rude & That Wanted To Order Food & Was Simply Inquiring So I Knew In The Future.. While I Enjoy The Food At This Establishment Naomi Needs An Attitude Adjustment.. I Was Told I Needed To Leave Because They Were Closing However She Continued To Serve Others At The Bar & Allow Other People To Enter; Im Not Sure If She Reacted In The Manner She Did Due To The Color Of My Skin But The Interaction Was Completely Unnecessary..

Bar tender was not very nice never came to check on us waited 5 minutes to get served. And like unsaid she never came to check on us at our table so we left. Only had 3 people in there and never checked on any of the other customers except the ones that were sitting at the bar...

The Horseshoe Casino and bar is like a local hot spot for those who live here in Sun Prairie. My mom worked there for seven years and she loved every minute of it and it gave me the experience I need to be able to tell when someone is under the influence. The guy who is running it now is a good friend of the families and he is a bit of a goofball but that is just him.
