A chill vibe, really. A Modelo drinker so I liked the Verde "Gold Buckle" a blond at 5.2% ABV.
Light, but also robust. Not earthy.

Nice place, good selection of beer on tap and a tiny fridge of cans including Athletic NA beer. Our large party grabbed the big table in the middle without issue. I was looking specifically for local IPAs and I actually don't recall their being many Flagstaff beers at all ... which I guess is good if you live there and want something different!
Brilliant beer range. Loads of different styles and some really amazing breweries. Barman was really helpful too. The seats out the front were very comfy.

Love the vibe. Was in early after a rim to rim Grand Canyon hike. Wanted to try more but needed to head back south. Recommend to those traveling thru flagstaff wanting some good beer and excellent can options.
This is a great beer bar in downtown Flagstaff. It shares a restroom/hall with the neighboring coffee shop and wine bar, so there is something for just about everyone. The missing star is mostly due to the restroom, which is either in the midst of a remodel, or in severe disarray.
Always a good time! They rotate alot of craft handles get a ton of specialty beers right in the heart of flag. Locally owned and operated, live music often!

If you love amazing craft beers, a place that attracts chill people, AND a place that allows pups - then Hops On Birch will be your go-to pub in Flagstaff.
More fun additions:
- I have learned a lot about Arizona and San Diego beer at this location. They have a great variety and the staff knows their stuff.
- This is one of my favorite chill pubs to watch a game on TV. Maybe it’s the place or maybe it’s Flagstaff, but fans at Hops On Birch have never been jerks.
My only complaint: I wish this place was close to my house.
