Made a reservation for 5:30pm, at 6:30 we requested our food to-go because we still hadn’t received our order, at 7:00 we asked if our food had even been started, it had not. We were advised at that time that the kitchen was short staffed. I feel we should have been told when we were sat that there may be a significant delay so we could decided if we wanted to stay. We had our 5 year old and 5 month old with us, if 0 stars was an option I would choose that. Worst hooters experience ever!

I was in Saturday around 930pm a group of 6 . We got sat down to a table and 15 min past all the workers pass by ignoring us. No one came to our table to take our order so after 20 min sitting with awful service no one around “supposedly “. We decided to leave when we did one work said thank you have a good night ? Like come on you saw us sit there without being attended !!. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They didn't tell me when my food was ready. I was waiting around until I decided to ask. My food had been sitting behind the counter for a while. The bartender was really nice though. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

service is horrible and was ignored for around 5-10 minutes before someone came to help retrieve my online order from behind the counter.. just to spend 50$ for you guys give me the complete wrong thing.. literally main part of the meal.. Fine location. Feels kind of redundant with O’Hare and Schaumburg nearby. This is kind of a “bonus” location, kind of like Countryside is to Orland Park. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Hot Wings from Hooters
