I am very disappointed at the service received this afternoon by the restaurant, I ordered for a meal upon arrival I realized they didn't give me protein(chicken) which they said they forgot.....I mean how do you serve a meal and forget to add chicken that i stressed on when placing the order. They have refused to refund my money back to me and denied me the opportunity to speak to their boss/manager Service Delivery Food: 2 Service: 1

I love their food but poor customer service, anytime I order for food is either they change the soup or the protein I don't get it.The first time this happened,I called and the lady was super rude the second time I decided not to call just today the same thing happened again and when I called,the lady was at it again.
