I have had several card issues at holiday. Specifically this location. Went in and prepaid $20 in fuel. Go to the pump, but it wouldn't work. Went back inside. They said my $$ had been credited back and that I needed to call my bank. Called my bank... they stated, "How could it be us, we don't have your card to run it. It's on the gas station. Kept the bank teller on the phone and returned inside. Hopeful with both sides right there, the issue could be resolved. NOPE! Gas station and bank said I was out of luck. During this cluster, I also managed to lock my keys in the car. Long story short, I spent my money and over an hour sitting at this gas station, and I ended up leaving without gas. Everything worked just fine at the next gas station 20min later. Another time, I went in and made a purchase. Returned home... My husband decided he wanted the same, so I returned within 15 minutes to make the same purchase. They had to charge me .01 MORE than I paid earlier because I wasn't allowed to make the same purchase for the same price. I never called my bank on that but have NEVER had that issue prior. Half the time, their chip readers don't work either. All in all, I am less than impressed with Holiday. It's time I travel a little further to a better gas station. Update: it is now Saturday, four days later and the charge remains on my card. The rude attendant assured me it would return to my card within 48hrs. 😒 Will update if it gets resolved Monday.....
I've been going to this site since I've moved in at my apt on Lewis and I've never had any problems with customer service. But we usually go late evening to wee morning. The one guy, the short Mexican or Latino guy is always laughing and has us laughing every time we go on there.
I have nothing bad to say at all!! Restrooms and floors are always clean. Style is clean and organized. Great customer service.
Buying beer Lady behind the counter rude told me to "Get the F... Out of here" that is on camera Manager alert! Lady should be fired that is in camera. Interaction happened between 6:50 pm and 7:29 pm Jan. 23 2023. Clerk was unpleasant. manager alert l! Broadwater Ave location Billings Montana. There is of course video. there is of course evidence She has my full name and wants to use that against me privately thinks she owns me. She she should be fired showed her my ID have beer in my fridge for a month unless I have a guest over wants one. That's none of your business either, Broadwater holiday think they are big time for knowing big time James. Lol she probably don't have a driver's license like I do. I was walking. She was rude. Managers Directors look at the video.
This is one of the cleanest gas stations I have been to! The staff was also very nice and seemed like they adored their job! Great prices on everything too! This is a 5/5 for me! Will be returning!
My boss gave me money and asked me to go down the road to the Holiday Gas station and get change and the kid said that I need to buy something to get change. I just walked out because I have gotten change there before and other Holiday Gas stations. The place I work for does business at this gas station often filling up vehicles with fuel and some employees stop in the morning for coffee and some go for lunch. I didnt want to stand and speak with him because his attitude would have gotten him punched.
Chad is an extremely rude employee. I cannot allow him mistreating my son. It's one thing to be rude to me. Like last night when the bottom of my drink carrier gave out. And a cup fell. Only to be told slow the hell down.
To today my son was in there was not in knowledge of extra money for larger icee
To be told I don't care it's $1.39. and was thrown away. My son came honh crying. He said there is no sign saying that mom. Now a child goes in it sais $. 89... Any customer wiwou think the same. This is not good customer service and I will be finding different stores. And will be contacting new owners.
