No matter how many people are standing in line, the manager can ALWAYS find something to do besides check out customers, even if it's just standing on her phone. Also, I dont think corporate realizes how terrible a look it is to only respond to their positive reviews on here.

Ads on the pumps aren't anything new, but this station's are uniquely obnoxious. Every pump (and there are two at each lane) was blasting them slightly out of sync at a volume much higher than most places. Naturally, there wasn't any obvious mute button. I'll absolutely go out of my way to avoid that assault on my eardrums in the future.

I don’t care how convenient this is between work and home. The employees consistently give poor service. They DO NOT take the time to listen to the issue or take the time to correct things. They simply shoe you off assuming they know the answer to the situation before hearing me out. I’m done.

GAS SHOULD NOT BE COMING OUT OF THE PUMP BEFORE I EVEN TOUCH THE LEVER!!! I was just at the store to get some gas and buy a few things, and normally I have had nothing but good experiences, but this time the first pump I went to kept stopping. So I just stopped and went inside to pay for the other things and inquire about it. The young lady said it was probably the pump. So I went to a different one and tried. THIS time the second I pulled the pump out it started leaking and I thought it was, perhaps, some water that got inside. But it kept leaking, then it started gushing. Mind you, I am personally NOT touching the pump. Some employees were outside so I asked if this was not working. They laughed and joked, saying something like "it's working now". It finally stopped so I tried to ask if that was normal, should I still use it? They said it was okay. Then the girl asked if I was holding the pump, which I told her that no. I hadn't touched it. They didn't seem concerned in the slightest, and maybe it's really not a concern, but I am not happy to have to pay for gasoline that didn't even go in my car--it splashed on me so I stink of gasoline. I feel this wasn't respectfully handled, or professionally. I've had a problem one other time with the pump not stopping while I was gassing up, the lever had gotten stuck. I don't know if this is normal or if they just need to maintain the pumps better. Because it's not the first time this has happened, and because this time the employees just laughed and joked instead of doing anything to help, I am giving rating 1star.

Terrible customer service! when I tried to ask for my missing change and for the receipt that their machine was not giving at the purchase of the car wash. I was inside the gas station going back and fourth with the employees and even the assistant manager that don’t even act like one professionally. Instead of offering help he was quickly to say no receipt nothing I can do. Yeah... no receipt because your machine was not giving them out even though I still paid and had missing change. Don’t just say thank you for the feedback, you’ll pass it on! Should actually do something! First time I’ve had terrible service at a “gas station.”

The service is usually ok here and almost always quick. Went in here on Christmas Day though and the big guy, tall, white and balding was rude. He was rude to the guy ahead of me and when I asked him for a bag for my merchandise he completely ignored me and left the register to help someone else. Try to work on your customer service skills!

The car wash dryer claims to run for 68 seconds, and then 10 seconds later it stops working. I talked to the staff about it but they just throw their hands up and say there's nothing they can do. Other holiday stations, offer for you to run your car again.. the two-night guys seemed extremely reluctant to try to help.. I drive a newer BMW, and I don't want to leave my car wet overnight. So now I'm going to have to go drive it to a different car wash to get it dried.

Do not wash your vehicle here! This location has one of the worst car washes in the Minneapolis area. It’s bad enough that it looks like your car wasn’t even touched when you’re done. Some of the pumps here leak. I’ve ended up with gas all over me and my car when I didn’t have the handle pressed in to dispense gas. So, be careful when handling the nozzles. Even though the equipment is faulty, the employees are generally pretty quick and friendly, which makes up for a lot.

The car wash is terrible. I think my car came out dirtier than it was before. Choose a different place if youre looking for a car wash. They also have a disclaimer on the pricey car wash that nothing is their fault, which I think is quite terrible. Use at your car’s own risk.

Car wash didnt get any of the dirt off my vehicle didnt notice it right away- so went back the next day to inquire. The guy at counter said it had been broke off and on last few days. At least one other person had complained about it not removing dirt. Manager James indicated it was because I bought a basic wash (I guess that one doesn't remove any dirt at all?) - he also said because I didnt have a receipt- I had no proof I had purchased a wash the day before. Really great customer service James...I mean how much would it have cost them to let me run my car through again?
