Steer clear of this car wash there's bent track in this could happen to you where you get stuck in your car in the car wash which could cause extensive damages and if you're claustrophobic and you get stuck in your car, it could cause you to have an extreme panic attack which happened to me yesterday when I went through their car wash and got stuck in it because my car went off the track, they made me pay for the towing and did not even reimburse me the car wash. Although they told me they would reimburse the car wash this morning, and yesterday told me to come in and talk about the reimbursement for the towing the manager there was very rude on the phone and said that nothings wrong with his car wash.. They'll make you pay for the towing to get your car out of their faulty car wash and they will say it's not their fault although you can see in these pictures they have bent track. Be wary of this holiday, Champlin, car wash, gas station and manager.
It is truly pathetic when you come into the store all the time and always as a paying customer then you get a manager from his throne at home telling him the CSR to ask you to take the items out of your pocket like you’re a thief when the only items in your pocket are your own iPhone that you pay for and your own damn wallet Really Holiday do much better especially you Nick. Absolutely offensive and disgusting of a manager to be accusing especially that one that comes in daily
I attempted to fill my jeep at this gas station 11/4/23 and I received absolutely horrible customer service.. Employes were very hostile did not answer any of my simple questions or provide me with any help... I will never again give them my money...
I got an $11 car wash at this location yesterday, and when I got home, I discovered that the car wash hadn't even touched my car's rear end, which was still covered in dirt, streaks and smudges. The side of my cars were partially cleaned with spots that had not been touched, and the front was clean. Please fix your car wash or close it, so nobody wastes their money on it if it's not going to clean cars.
Car washer ruined my car and we were forced to get out of the car during the car washing process. I'm told that I need to contact the owner, but keep getting the run around as to when they're exactly in. Doesn't seem like their priority is running a smooth operation at this location.
I would avoid this location at all cost as there doesn't seem to be any accountability to issues that arise here.
UPDATE: The Holiday gas station off of Zachary Ln near 610 is a much better, well-run place to get a car wash. You can choose between track or no track system.
A pretty good selection and also pretty nice prices. More or less the same as the other holiday near me besides the staff. They can be a bit cold and seem annoyed but it's very few. A pretty good gas station!
Nice clean holiday store , however some of the employees are lazy and have attitudes.
I asked an employee if they had a drink in the back for the fountain machine and she responded "there may be or they might not be" without offering to check the stock on back because she was too busy chit-chatting with some of her friends.
As I was exiting she was hollering across the store that if I wanted Powerade I should have bought some out of the doors rather than the fountain .
Vonnie was great! Super friendly and nice. Stopped by there in the morning recently, and she made my day! Mornings can be rough sometimes, but she made it great!
