Very horrible costumers service , there's a nice older lady I come across sometimes, but the rest of the workers are just rude to costumers, never going back there. 😢
I went there this am to get a donut before having to catch a bus they have the slowest staff at the cash register dont they realize people are in a hurry in the morning ? Don’t they care and coming out of the site is impossible
Yes the customer service is horrible!! I can’t believe their aren’t any complaints about the potholes when turning into the gas station and leaving out!! Especially at night when you cant see them leaving out. And its been that way for a while in scared i may have messed something up leaving out this gas station tonight i will not be coming back!
Customer service is horrible here. They overcharge on 2 for whatever deals. And their cashier Mike in the AM called me dumb when I corrected his mistake. His co workers didn’t say anything to him about it. I also work with customers everyday so I was respectful and left without causing a scene. All around very bad morning crew with attitudes
Will NEVER go back to this station. Was using a Holiday gift card that I have used in other stations at the pump. Since it didn't work, I selected to pay inside. The lady at the counter, an African American woman (Asia is her name 3138553) started to yell at me through the speaker system saying that I need to pay, and she has my registration number several times while I am pumping gas.
She kept doing that till I went inside to make the payment and she never apologized to me for demeaning me.
This is poor customer service! Very uncouth and unprofessional. I will take my money elsewhere!
