What a horrible store!! The staff working at this holiday thinks the world owes them something. 2-3 staff members to this tiny store and it seems they find it entertaining to make customer's wait. On 2 occasions ive seen them get very nasty with customers when they were asked why they are not assisting at the 2nd pay-point. Unwelcoming is a understatement. DO NOT waste MONEY HERE.
This Particular Store is The A-1 Model on Holiday Station Stores! The Store is Thoroughly Stocked, Clean & Wonderfully Great Staff! I Live Closer to Another Store, But because of the No Hassle Experience Everytime!!!
I never thought I'd share a review of a convenience store, but I've been going to this Holiday for years and they always have coffee ready, lots of beverages, and fresh pastries I really should stop buying. Plus they are truly convenient since my US Bank ATM is there. Everyone who works there is great, they deal with all my lottery wins and losses, everything is clean, and I'm quickly in and out. I'm grateful for this Holiday. Don't take them for granted!
Full disclosure, I work here! Before I worked here, I was a very regular customer. The store has undergone a massive transformation. It's the cleanest convenience store I visit, and I visit a lot of them due to my other job. Everything is well-stocked, the bathrooms are immaculate, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our air pump works 99% of the time, and we make a special effort to get it fixed ASAP when it's not working. A special shout out to our relatively new manager, Jackie, who has taken an incredibly effective approach in leading this neat little store! If you're in on the weekends, come in and say hi to me, even though most of you already do!
Every time I have been in this place, the cashier who's an older guy of possible Indian decent, is outrageously rude, speaks to people with a condescending attitude, and treats you like garbage. I remember him from the holiday gas station off Medicine Lake Road, and he's the reason why I stopped going to that gas station as well. Don't hire people that have an attitude problem, or act like they have entitlement issues. Done with this gas station now too!! 😎
Always friendly to me depending on who’s working if course . It is tough and go . But hey after all it’s short interaction get gas and go . Overall okay experience’s.
Warning false advertising! Sign on the wall outside TODAY says fresh brewed coffee Starting at 99 cents. I poured myself a cup today and went to the counter to be told it was $1.28 for several weeks now.
