Today, 10:15 Saturday Morgen was so happy and I was greeted by another employee with upbeat smiles and zesty attitudes!!! What a joy this place is on a sunny fall day. (Gas .10 cheaper than Alex.) Score!!!😉 always clean bathrooms and neat coffee counters!!!
I go there for the convenience but they are always out of something. When I ask about it they don’t do anything about it. Nothing gets refilled. Other stores I stop in are out of stuff much less of the time but when confronting someone they are usually more then happy to refill stuff while I’m standing there. Not this store. They just stand there. I also wouldn’t eat a donut there, they like to stock the fresh baked goods dropped off with their bare hands and that’s nasty! 🤮 That is if they decide to stock it. Usually the box of donuts is sitting on the counter when I arrive. I’ll frequent other holiday stores before I have to go here.
I stop at Holiday gas stations because I love their coffee and I love that they have a fair trade option. This morning, I stopped at the one closest to home and bought a large coffee. While driving, I discovered I had a hole in the bottom of my cup which poured coffee all over myself.
I stopped again in St Joseph to get a new cup and the clerk gave me the second cup for free. I was clear that it may have been my fault, but she just wished me a good day!
Sometimes, it is the little things that help turn a situation around. She didn't have to do that. I hope that management knows that having someone like her on staff can make a big difference in a competitive market!
One Holiday is pretty much like the others. They could use some updating. The stores seem a bit dated. The prices on convenience items are really jacked up compared with the local grocery stores. The gas prices are competitive. They do offer a selection of coffees, hot food items, and the like. The cashiers have generally been friendly. This Holiday is located at a busy intersection.
Stopped coming here a couple of years ago because of very poor costumer service. Stopped by today to give it another try & yep, same if not worse. No paper in outside receipt printer. No biggy, walked in. Of course a line with one cashier. Other worker drinking a soda & smiling at the line of costumers as she then walked away. I have to say cashier guy was polite & seemed a little embarrassed? This place is right on my Daily commute. I want to support home town Coborns, but.........
Great experience. Delicious food, very clean bathrooms (At a gas station?? Crazy!), and food that was hot and delicious. Best gas station I've ever been at. And if it wasn't for Nate, I never would have found where everything is in this town!
Bought a car wash on a day with temps above 30, to find the car wash closed. The cashier failed to tell me it was closed. Ive been here three times in the last week, with temps above 30, to find the car wash closed. Very disappointing.
This is a horrible gas station.There are no good deals.Food is disgusting and not fresh.The employees are terrible.Never go here.My experience at KwikTrip was amazing and a lot better.
