Putting this review so i don't get mixed up on which shop is it again.🤦‍♂️ The BEST wife biscuit (老婆饼) that i have found within Malaysia. Been buying it ever since i tried it for the first time years ago and it is a must buy for me everytime i visit Melaka. The winter melon fillings are not too sweet and a bit chewy are just so good (though i hope it can be a little more thicker).

The Sesame heong peah is very delicious! Not too sweet and the Crust is good. Tried the Pineapple cake found the filling too sweet though.

Passed by the area, and what caught my attention was the smell of the cookie. The butter smell was so fragrant. Bought and tried the 'tambun kia' - crispy on the outer and inner ok. Not bad. Other items on sell too. Ewallet accepted.

The heong peah here is good. It comes in a bag with individual biscuit in packets, or box of 10. Much much better than those factory made. Now regret should have bought more before returning to Singapore.

Best Portugese egg tarts in town, hands down. It may be (slightly) more expensive than other places near your hotels, but that's for a good reason: quality. No need to go to the Jonker branch, tho. They have several around town. It's less crowded so you can browse more comfortably. Strongly recommended their Siew pao.. Really super nice, crispy outside, juicy inside.. Even tho other bakery also nice but u must buy Siew bao

Very nice the pineapple tart n tai yan bing. So far the best in malacca.
