I heard that this is Michelin 1star. But when I googled it, the chef was worked at Michelin starred restaurant. The service was great as the Michelin restaurant. It was good to experience real Spanish food. Pallea rice was too crisp for asian. It would have been better main menu was steak.

It was the first time I visited this restaurant together with my mom (to celebrate her birthday). Totally impressed from the very first step, the staff will serve you from head to toe with smiles on their face. I like the way how the staff explained when each dish was served. It was a pity when my mom and I couldn't enjoy the wine pairing experience as we can't drink wine.. However, the dishes were totally splendid apparently and deliciously, especially the Truffled Iberico Ham with its innovative versions (seafood, spinach&cheese).
The second dish was quite good, but I had not fully recovered from illness so it was quite salty to me..
The last dish was my most favorite one: Grass Fed Ribeye with special black pepper jam. The meat melted in my mouth, so juicy and scrumptious 🤌
The dessert was amazing with a small smoke performance from staff 🥰
Definitely worth it!!
