Always a pleasant experience here. Staff is friendly, quick and attentive w/o bugging you. Food is amazing, taste-wise and visually. My only suggestion is update the drinks, they are not good the sake piña colada was not good and I tried my bf lemonade and wasn’t good in opinion and I saw in the back you guys use the powdered country time lemonade. Ewww I don’t want to waste 3-6 bucks on nasty drinks, I will drink water next time. Went on a Tuesday evening for dinner with a friend. The place was empty but our waitress was super fun and made the time enjoyable. The food was delicious and served quickly. The restaurant was spotless and had enough parking (in a strip mall). The inside is a lot cooler looking then the outside so do judge a book by its cover. The Tonkotsu ramen and Chicken (teriyaki) bowl were my favorite. The pork in the ramen is so good and very rich in flavor that I had to order a bowl. The rice for the pork bowl and the salad was something I was not so fond of but overall the main dishes were good. I’ll definitely be coming back. The chili oil and paste are not as spicy as I thought but it added a pleasant taste with a small kick. The vegan ramen was really good! Heads up, you get charged a 16.575% service fee for dining in. Luckily you’re able to remove that fee if you wish. I am not sure why they would add that fee since the restaurant is always busy so I must assume the owner makes a good profit to help its staff/team (?) if not, then the owners really need to pay their staff a living wage. Highly recommend! Delicious Tonkotsu! Been ordering takeout from this place for some time now. The food is consistently delicious. Finally had the chance to dine-in, and was very impressed with the minimalist cozy environment, with good music playing. The service was excellent, and the food is amazing fresh! Having eaten take out for so long, and enjoying the meals on my own, it was a nice experience to see the aesthetics of the shop with the delicious food. The passion about ramen really shines here. food was good but I didn't like the way they handled my situation. i sat at the bar area and i waited a while for service. Another guy came in and they were quick to take his order first and his food came out first. i didn't get my food till he was done. then they offered to comp my salad because it was really late. They comped it but then took my bill back n charged me for the salad & took off a whole dollar. all this with a standard surcharge on all orders of something like 15%. if they had talked to me about it instead of switching my bills at the end, i would have been okay. but that was insulting. Small and clean place. But the food is DELICIOUS!! The cucumber crab salad is nice and light. The tuna and crispy rice are warm and have a great crunch to them. And the pork buns are sooooo good. They have the perfect amount of sweetness, and with the pickled onions, it's not too overpowering. Lastly, but most importantly, the tonkotsu is super rich and delicious, add in some chili and garlic, and its heavenly for the cold weather. Shoyu Ramen is my absolute fave item to order here. First time trying the crispy rice w/ spicy tuna and it did not disappoint 😋 Love this place, just wish service was a little more efficient. Don't go if you are in a rush, order ahead and do a pick up instead. They are slow paced. A quick service ramen spot with no frills attached, very similar to ramen restaurants in Japan. The spicy cold noodles was very good, but if you like your noodles to be spicy I would recommend getting the chilly oil or house spicy sauce add on. The egg and bamboo tasted amazing, would come back! Wish the restaurant offered bibs for spicy noodles since there is a chance for it to splash on clothes and more than 1 napkin.
