Come for a meal after visiting Pacific Railroad Museum. Indian and Nepalese cuisines are served at this cafe. Nicely cooked garlic naans, naan and chicken tikka have a nice taste. Tasty pudding will impress you at the first bite. Ordering the delicious marsala is a decent idea. Good coffee, mango lassi or tea are what may make you come back to Himalayan Cafe. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. This spot is remarkable for its spectacular service. You will like fair prices. There is a comfortable ambiance and lovely decor at this cafe. Google users are quite generous with Himalayan Cafe: it was granted 4.2 stars.

Yesterday, my friend and I went to Himalayan Cafe restaurant seeking authentic Nepali flavors, but were disappointed. We were very excited as we drove 1hr to get there. Upon arrival, the server seemed uninterested and complained about resource shortage. The unprofessionalism of the server made us uncomfortable. The food quality was below average, leading to stomach issues next morning. We had ordered 1 plate chicken chowmein, 1 plate Chicken Momo, Samosa chat and Gajar ko Haluwa (desert). It's very concerning if this reflects the overall management. I hope it was just an off day, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place for those seeking authentic Nepali cuisine.

This place is a hidden gem. We got take out from them once and then we decided to eat there in person. Their food is delicious. The food had so many complex layers of flavor explosions. The quality of the ingredients and meats were great. Ask for some of their home made hot sauce. Owner is very friendly. Good vibes. We’re making this one of our regular spots.
