About
Nicely cooked bacon, BLT sandwiches and homemade chips are among the dishes to be tried at this pizzeria. You will hardly forget good craft beer, ale or stout that you can order. Visit Hillsdale Brewing for great coffee. Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Nice service is something that guests highlight in their comments. This place offers you a great choice of dishes at reasonable prices. When inside, the atmosphere is homey. Google users assigned the score of 4.5 to this spot.

Cool old building that used to be a bank. Great, friendly fast service from Kaylee. The fried asparagus are SO good, but they may not be on the menu much longer. The vegan pot stickers were delicious and my friend's Cobb salad was beautiful and the meat smelled amazing. Didn't get any beer this trip but have had it before. Love the peanut butter porter. Great selection and reasonable prices. Will definitely return.
Fantastic food. Really interesting and delicious hybrid food options on the menu. Blueberry cream ale was amazing. Churros with chocolate sauce was delicious. Family friendly. Would absolutely eat here any time.

We met friends here as a halfway point thinking it would be a good place for food, drink, and conversation. Expectations exceeded! Ended up being a highlight of our spring breaks! Axe throwing was so much fun (thank you Charissa!), the beer was tasty, the food was fantastic, the service was top notch (thanks Allison!), and we loved the vibe. Definitely recommend Hillsdale Brewing!
My wife and I have eaten here twice while on the FWRHS steam train trip layovers. Even though they were extremely busy both times due the large numbers of train passengers looking for lunch, I felt they handled the crush pretty well. Had the BBQ brisket sandwich both times, and REALLY liked it. Don't remember what the wife had, but she was pleased. Had another couple with us the first time, and they liked it too.
Went here with a group of adults and had an awful experience. The bartender was clearly not cut out for customer service. We weren’t allowed to move tables together, that’s fine, but when we got up to greet others in our group we were yelled at to sit down. Sorry. I’ve been out of Kindergarten for over 40 years. We wanted to enjoy a beer with friends, but was anything but enjoyable. Would not recommend.

I had the Grallo and my husband had the Crazy Q. Sandwiches were enough for two meals. Potato chips were amazing. You could tell the building has a LOT of history behind it. Would’ve loved to see more of the history and writing about it with pictures on the walls or something. The old bank check out windows and vault is so neat!! We kind of walked all around and looked at everything. The ax throwing area and game room was closed but we could of had them open it up for us. Looks like on a Saturday night this place would be a lot of fun. Have to be 18 out older to throw the ax. My husband wanted to buy a hat or t-shirt but not many to choose from in his size. Our waitress was great. She checked up on us all the time. The bathrooms were really old and neat. The place was really neat. Handicapped accessible on the side of the building and handicapped accessible bathrooms. I ordered a hard cider that was good and my husband ordered a beer and he said it was ok. I can’t figure out which one it was. Their menu is different online than it is in the brewery.

Really enjoyed the axe throwing in the large game room. Food and drinks were very good as well, but watch out for the ghost peppers in the special grilled cheese sandwich!

This is a preliminary rating, once they get going I think I will have to change it to five stars. Food was good but they were sold out of several items, no avacados, missing all appetizers, kitchen closed early. I think I would send someone to Walmart to get ingredients before I would close down the kitchen at prime dinner time. Beer was good, all seemed to be low gravity for style which I appreciate because it really allows you to try all of the beer they offer. One beer, the Scotch ale was too low gravity in my opinion. It would have been better received by me as a Scottish ale but expecting the higher gravity wee heavy scotch ale I was disappointed. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit, nice atmosphere, good food, good beer, hits on all points, can't wait to stop back in a few weeks.

My favorite place to go and have lunch or dinner.. my favorite ale is the blue berry cream ale beer... Very yummy...it is a place to go.... A lot of history about the build very interesting... They have trivia tonight.. axe throwing and other activities. Also can set and play board games and have a beer.
