When we arrived we were completely ignored by the woman at the register who had her back to the door talking to other employees we made our way around the corner and the bartender instructed us to sit wherever that would have been great if the four empty table in the back room had been cleared of the previous customers mess. We decided to sit in the bar area despite it being cold . Our waitress was great she seemed to be the only person working while everyone else just stood around talking cursing and eating. This used to be a place I really enjoyed going but after this take out only Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
Delicious balsamic dressing and standard, solid spaghetti and meatballs. Tasty mozzarella sticks! Very classic and filling meal. Reliable, safe, traditional food. Nothing too exciting or scrumptious, but satisfying.
Family owned. Familiar faces. Excellent food! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Spaghetti with Meatballs

The food was yummy and satisfying. I got some buffalo wings and the sauce was good and didn't just taste like they used a bottle of Frank's, not that I don't like Frank's, but I like restaurants to do there own unique sauce as well. Got the eggplant parmesan as well and it was pretty basic but gave me what i wanted. Got this as takeout and it was securely packaged. The lady that brought me my food was friendly. Terrific local spot in Pittsfield. Family size portions here and great service. Sausage, Peppers and Onions with Spaghetti was great here and some left for later on. Been open since 1936 and the there was definitely a strong regular presence a good sign.

We had a great time at the bar talking with the owner and the food we got to go was wonderful. Love this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Came to eat dinner with family, staff were all very nice. The interior is old fashioned, seating is mostly 4 seater booths. We had fried mushrooms and chicken tenders with wing sauce, the mushrooms were good the chicken was so so. Our salads were good. We has chicken parmesan and real parmesan, chicken was good but spaghetti sauce was bland. The veal was meh, you could tell it was from frozen. We did get fresh french bread which was good.
Service was excellent, food wonderful!! Eggplant parmesan out of this world!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Fried Mushrooms

Always enjoy a great lunch with reasonable prices. We enjoy the hot veal parm, eggplant parm and chickem parm open faced sandwiches smothered in thick sauce.
