The BEST place in Kampot. Everyone needs to know about this place!! Amazing spot on the river, the best vibe- chilling with the loveliest dogs. Joe and all of the staff at High Tide are so good with the dogs, there is such clear care, respect and love for the dogs! We were only supposed to stay for two nights, and ended up booking an extra night. Thomas and Joe are incredibly friendly and helpful. Interacting with the dogs every day is a beautiful experience, they are all so well loved and happy ♥️ You can tell the staff really care about the animals, their individual needs, and well being. If you’re ever in Kampot, you HAVE to come here. What Joe and the others do for these beautiful dogs, is heartwarming and amazing. Whenever you have the chance to visit places like this, please show up and support the best you can. Everyone was so nice and a little warning - you might fall in love with a lot of dogs! Simply amazing. A must visit if you are in Kampot! Truly amazing owner and aaaaalll the 32 dogs are some sweethearts that you can cuddle with all day. Cheap drinks and beer as well Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Loved my stay here - Joe, Thomas and the rest of the staff do an amazing job with the place and the dogs. Beautiful location next to the river, chill vibe and lots of interesting people to chat to. Will be coming back here if I come back to Kampot! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great what Joe is doing here rescuing so many dogs from all over Cambodia and giving them a better life. Really nice people who volunteer at High tide you can tell they really care for the dogs. Was once a hostel now it is a dog rescue/ bar but is due to re open as a hostel at some point in the near future. Price per person ៛1–5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A bit hidden but very nice and chill place. At the moment a bar and dog rescue with lovely, very friendly dogs. Soon it will open up as a hostel again. I was searching for a place to stay one night. I ended up here 8 nights. It was such a lovely place for dog lovers. The owner and his team are very friendly. I will come back one day again for sure. Incredible place! The location right next to the river, the dogs and the amazing but still cheap accomodation made this our highlight in Kampot! What Joe has done here is nothing short of amazing, caring for all these dogs with completely different personalities while still keeping this place completely clean and safe, we will come back.
