Always a great Experience, Perla is so helpful and is always happy and has great energy.. Customers are also very friendly.. Love this place.. Martha has Excellent Customer service skills.. I see people complaining about rigged machines, I go to several casinos in Louisiana I guess they are rigged also because I never win 🤣.. Really people, I win and don't win. I always have a great time at this gameroom..

Zero stars. Beware of the oompah loompa troll that resides at the front door of this establishment.
He huffed, and he puffed, and he....
Tried to tuck in his belly, quite unsuccessfully I might add. I was not allowed in, and rudely turned away. Racial bias for sure. I'm white (and clearly not a cop by appearances- just trust me on this one) and spend 3-400 a day on machines. Score:
+1 for troll.

An explanation of the store policy in a professional manner and simple observation of the situation would yield much better results for them. I was trying to explain the situation at hand and wasnt even respectfully allowed to talk. O wel, i guess my money will go on down street to your competition

The managers plays & wins they know what machines going to pay & also wins roll overs which most of the time is 2000$ + they have people playing for them. We put the money in the workers plays it out.🤔😧😲😠. That's a fact being going this place 2014. Seen them come & go. Seen the workers stage a robbery & rob them, been in there when police raid them. They're coming again & soon cause they're robbing people blind. Fact I've been going to city cafe on College which is the sister gameroom for 6yrs when they 1st opened we wrote our name on paper then they got membership cards, yet lupita tells me u have to put in over 300$ to put machine on hold. But I can get 100$ match 🤔 I came when she was coming cross that water looking for work. That's ok this gameroom is 3 blocks from the police dept. Oh yeah & they sell drugs in both of them. I wittness it myself. 2 women go n bathroom r 2 men n restroom together & they accused 1 of their people & they were innocent & they told the cops. Just a matter of time. They'll be out of a job.

This is a small gamerooe. I like to go when I don't see too many people there. But I don't care about Allowing smoking. It's usually quiet late. But I don't go there frequently because of smoking.

Poor service... We stood outside for 20min. The security guy and the worker there told us you only can play here or come in if you know someone there. That's so wrong. I guess since I don't speak Spanish so Im not welcome there.

People smoke too much in here. Games are setup to not to pay out....
